The Ashton Hotel features four beautifully appointed rooms for meetings and Fort Worth events, as well as our restaurant and private dining in our Wine Cellar, with 4,853 square feet to accommodate a wide array of functions, business meetings, and corporate events. Located in the two-story Winfree Building of our boutique hotel, our event spaces make it easy to host events for 10 to 150 guests.

Board Room (348 sq ft)
The Board Room is the perfect space for small intimate meetings. The executive-style Board Room comfortably seats 10. The room boasts floor to ceiling windows that overlook historic Main Street and provide natural lighting. A pre-function foyer can be used for break sessions.
Winfield Scott Room (1651 sq ft)
On the second floor overlooking historic Main Street, the Winfield Scott Room’s wall of large arched windows allows natural light to enhance its inviting ambiance. The pre-function foyer is ideal for break sessions and has its own private restrooms. The Winfield Scott Room can accommodate 70 in a classroom setup, 110 in a banquet or theater setup, and 130 for a seated reception. Additionally, the Winfield Scott Room can also be divided into two separate rooms.

Winfree Ballroom (2431 sq ft)
Our Victorian-style ballroom, with its own private entrance on Main Street, can accommodate 100 in a classroom setup, 150 for a banquet, and 200 in a theater setup or for a seated reception. The Winfree Ballroom features storefront windows, gold brick, a gold pressed tin ceiling, alabaster chandeliers, custom-designed carpets and draperies, and the original iron columns which all add to the elegance of the room.
The Wine Cellar
A hidden gem on our lower level is one of Fort Worth’s most unique private dining spaces — The Wine Cellar. Up to 20 guests can dine in the elegant room surrounded by our wine reserve. A gold pressed tin ceiling, slate floor, natural stone walls, rich wood accents, and soft lighting give the Wine Cellar a refined ambiance.
